Privacy & client rights

All LUNA abortion centre staff are bound by professional secrecy. No information is disclosed to third parties. This applies also to minors: the law does not require parents to be informed or give their consent. The third-party costs agreement that has been reached with the RIZIV also guarantees maximum protection of your privacy.

Client rights

Your satisfaction is very important to us. It is for this reason that we endeavour at all times to provide you with the best possible treatment, care and assistance in our abortion centres. However, if you are not satisfied, we would suggest that you discuss the problem directly with the member of staff who dealt with you, or with their direct superior. If that is not possible or you do not feel that it is possible, then you can get in touch with the LUNA management. Your complaint will be dealt with by people who were not directly involved in your case. They shall seek a solution together with you. Through this procedure we aim to restore your trust in our organisation and learn from our mistakes and your experiences.
